As of right now, I shy away from playing with mods on 99% of my plays because I don't want to score a higher B with mods than my current S's without mods, and having those be the top score I see when trying to improve my NoMod score on a particular song.

I figure that since we already have Global (Selected Mods), that implementing a Local (Selected Mods) wouldn't be that difficult to do.

Sounds nice but not really needed though.
I barely made a 20 finished plays in one difficulty, so this might apply to everyone else.

Not really needed, but might be useful to have.

Surprised that this hasn't been suggested. Why not allow filtering by mod all together when per-mod rankings are fully implemented?
