Slider circle ends facing away from edge

It would be cool if slider circle ends would be facing away from the edge. It would allow to do this to sliders:

Probably a new funtion in the skin.ini with
SliderEndRotate: 0/1
With 0 they are all the same, and with 1 they rotate to make a certain thing appear on the inside/outside of the sliderend
