[Editor] Placing hitcircle

Rather than placing hitcircle with mouse click dragging; should have alternative to place them by using:

- Numpad arrow/other key (probably move per 1 grid or 1 coordinate)

- Place them by input coordinate (x,y)

My english not so good hope you understand what I mean >:(

You can just click to place and use Ctrl *arrow keys* to change position (hold shift to follow/unfollow grid)
You can also select notes and then click on coordinates in top right to manually enter it
