Change the title of the song to "phosphorus" instead of "Phosphorus" (Source: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclo ... p?id=10415) (Also, looking at the video, the title is lowercase)

Not really sure if the C in "Crimson" should be lowercase. ANN and MAL differ on this, but the logo does suggest that the C is lowercase. Still, the lowercase C looks unappealing to me, so I'll let you decide if you want to change it.

Timing section mod: (If you are wondering why I want you to do these things, please read the link in my signature)

00:37:575 (4,2) - some of these partial overlaps in your diff are visually unappealing, so I advise changing the formation if you can (other examples include 01:00:825 (3,5) and 01:19:200 (1,3))

Normal mod:
This diff was a little boring with almost every circle/slider a half note apart with the same spacing. It felt like a long slow stream at times.
It doesn't really help that arrangement of some of the notes are visually unappealing at times. For example look at 01:04:575 (1,2,3,4,5) . Now look at it here http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/22696. I slightly rearranged the notes, but it flows quite a bit better imo. I advise you try doing stuff like this the rest of your map
00:59:700 (1) - this jump felt a little random to me (especially since these jumps only occur after the first line of each verse of the chorus. Not after every line. If you want to keep them, add jumps throughout the rest of the chorus (not advised but it would work)
01:11:700 (1) - ^

Combo mod: (I didn't really understand how you added combos to this diff, so I made a lot of guesses)
00:09:075 (5) - new combo for lyrics?
00:30:637 (1) - remove new combo to be consistent with 00:24:637 (4)
00:58:762 (1) - having a separate combo for lyrics when you did not do it for any previous part of the song was quite weird, so I suggest removing it

fartownik: (I really liked the use of 2x sliders in this diff)
Normal mod:
01:14:887 (1,2,3,4) - it would be nice if you rearranges these notes so the previous purple slider 4 does not touch 2 and 4 (currently it looks a little messy)
01:16:388 (2,4) - swap 2 and 4 to prevent the partial overlap between 2 and the blue 5?

Combo mod:
00:19:575 (5) - new combo to be consistent with 00:31:200 (1)?

Timing section mod:
00:26:687 - move back a quarter note
00:41:687 - unneeded timing section, please remove
00:56:687 - a quarter note before this timing section, add another timing section with the same hitsound settings but no kiai

A bit hard to follow in my opinion.. You follow the vocals in some parts and the music in others, so is kinda confuse me a bit.

The song audio file should also be of reasonable quality. Try and source mp3 files yourself - ripping them from a streaming video site often results in low quality audio with high file sizes. The bitrate of a beatmap's audio file should be no lower than 128kbps and no higher than 256kbps. If you are having trouble acquiring an appropriate audio file, contact one of the more audio-savvy BAT - they will be more than happy to find one for you.
Sadly, the 320 kbps bit rate mp3 you used for this map is not rankable under the new ranking standards.

If you want to re-encode the mp3 yourself, here is a nice guide to help you.
Otherwise, you can post on this thread to ask for help.

Also, I forgot to say to remove the audio from from your video.
