IIRC catsonacid skipped straight from ar8 to ar9.6 without it being a detriment. This is your opinion. Even if it's shared by a fair number of others doesn't make it fact. Also, it's not like you can physically stop them from doing it so I don't know why you say "let them."Khelly wrote:

What does ar8 to 9.6 have to do with it? I expect people to be playing 4* maps at ar9 too right? I don't understand why you think that the ar is important. (Besides 10.3)

topics like these ALWAYS follow the same trend, a group of people that derail the topic completely because OP wants to play a different way than those posters.
Choice of input won't have as much impact on improving shittily as playing in a bad way, so I'm going to not care about those threads. But hey, it's always fun to see someone with a 6 digit rank talk about how they like playing 6* maps with NF and how much they're improving and if we can give them more of those!
More edits: Where have you been recently? Small area threads have been "biggest you can play comfortably, but I play this area" or in addition "But I would say start at x and move up/down" for awhile now.

what's the harm done? They're doing something they WANT to do and that has no effect on yourself, so why care?
If that's what they find fun, then let them do it. Try to understand that everybody has different tastes of entertainment, it's like somebody speaking out their religion and telling them that their religion is wrong. You don't do that in your social life, you accept it and let them follow their own beliefs.

And thus I would say to fc more 5* nomods so that when you do go back to what I consider entry level DT (Around the 3.9*-4.1* and 190+ PP range), it's just less complex patterns than what you're used to but faster and you can go and fc 10 maps a day for a short while.Loli Sex Slave wrote:
