Title pretty much says it all. I find it kinda weird that bancho mutes you for quickly sending messages to a friend if you are both mutuals, so I think it could be nice to add an exception for that case or, at least, allow people to select if "they allow their friends to send them messages quickly without bancho spam protection" or something like that.
