You know there are more countries in the world that play this game other than the United States right? A better suggestion would be a filter on the in-game scoreboards that allows you to toggle to scores from people that live nearby you (utilizing the Nearby filter in Bancho, maybe).
Why not ranking boards for each country for each key number for each unique mod combination for each state in each country for each period since the last lunar eclipse.
