Off Center Hitcircles on sliders

So I'm skinning osu and this happens https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3494791
My hitcircles are fine on hitcircles but not on sliders as shown on the image.
What i'm I doing wrong?

You have to stick to the sizes of the hitcircle.png (128x128). Sliders use the top left corner of hitcircles to position them. So you need that fixed size to align them for sliders and hitcircles.
