About the artist, I have a long discussion with KSHR lol, we both think it's fine to keep How-Low-Hello as artist. 西森柚咲（CV.内田真礼）sings this song as How-Low-Hello, and the album's name seems like How-Low-Hello too, http://key.soundslabel.com/single.html, http://key.soundslabel.com/charlotte_music/, the whole band name is used too, http://puu.sh/lvfl5/dad2a238bc.jpg.
However, you need to change ハウ・ロウ・ハロー to How-Low-Hello, the official keeps the romanisied style.

Note: I didn't check the map itself because I don't know osu!mania, you guys may need to recheck it before requalifying. I think there is no problem with the pattern, HS, etc, but i'll ask people to check this again.
