This feature is sorely missing from the current search engine. You can't search topic text which often contains relevant keywords. Search results are in link form, so I don't have to scroll as much or read posts for relevance. There is less results from the same topic so the results given have more variety. The current search system is still not as helpful as the old search was.

I agree. Searching for threads was better imo.
I'm overall not a huge fan of the search (I preferred time>relevance)

No wonder why I can't see that thread.

The feature request I made is quite overboard but at the end of the day all we need is something that just works. I don't care too much for how it's done as long as it gets you where you want to be, and this (topic searching) is a good step towards it. That's about all I have to say.
