[Web] New sorting mechanic: Date qualfied

This applies only to the Qualified Beatmaps section
Currently, there are only
Title

Artist

Creator

Difficulty

Updated

This gives no clue on when the latest map was qualified
http://osu.ppy.sh/s/318647 For example appears as #3, while it is already qualified for 27 hours
This might not be a big deal, but for BN who are working with the Annoying and stupidcap, this is even worse, as we now can't see which map is #6 on the list, thus we can't see when we can qualify a new map.
I suggest adding a new filter, just as the Ranked section has Date Ranked.
Oh, I'm quite sure this can completely replace date updated, as that is quite useless for Qualified maps, right?

To sort by Date, use "Updated" ? The word is may misleading, but that's how it works. It's the equivalent to "Ranked" on Ranked/Approved Beatmap Listing

Updated doed what it means
When the mapper last updated it
Not when it got qualified
#3 on the listing for example can be #8 on date qualified

Exactly this, we need as soon as possible, because updated date for qualified maps isn't useful at all. This way you might just overlook beatmaps and get wrong time for next possible qualification, so new sorting would not harm, there's no reason for not implementing this from my side..

I don't have much experience with anything osu! related, let alone this, but I'm sure there are questions that follow, like:

- Where would the maps that were never qualified go?
- What happens if a map is disqualified?
- What happens if a map is disqualified, then requalified?

- the date is changed
