you musn't post a thread to request for Guest Diffs in Modding Queues :(
but you can offer a Guest Diff for the other's mapset in the Modding Queue.
If you want to request a Guest Diff, The good way is to ask someone or request in an opened Queue.

This or you can PM people to request. If you don't have many friends yet here, just hang on the forums if you haven't yet, maybe even write an introduction if you're new the forums.
