Because I LOVE being friends with as many people as possible (That I Like) and I feel rude saying .... ooo I'm sorry I cant add you buddy be we can like talk and stuff its the video game equivalent of the "friend zone" we can be friends but I wont let you prove that we are friends or even bother to add you back I'ts bs if I am paying it shouldn't be that hard to like free up enough space for like 10 more or 20 I would pay about 10$-15$ for that.
Honestly I don't see why not, nothing is wrong with adding more people to stalk
