Well, sorry if too short. The "Completed Requests" subforum is mixed with added, invalid and resolved.
This should split up: "Invalid Requests", "Resolved Requests" and "Added Requests".
If this is wrong please mark this as invalid.
UPDATE: I saw an assigned request so there should be "Assigned Requests".

'Green/Red' would be enough
Resolved/added should be together
Invalid/Duplicate should also be together
No need to put them all seperately

Added and resolved requests
Invalid and duplicated requests

That subforum doesn't really need that. Unresolved and everything else pretty sufficient enough. The issue is either under investigation or put aside out of our way. Invalid, Duplicate and Resolved are just thrown away into the same section. Untagged, Confirmed, and Assigned issues belong in the section devs and help support will look at to resolve the issues. If the issue becomes inactive for about 3 months (correct me if wrong), then it's archived and moved out of our way. Though assigned tags are not being used as often, if not at all, now. Don't know the point of those anymore.

On the other note, it would be helpful to filter by tags when searching.

The Completed Request Subforum works as archive, no reason to split it.
