Im working on a slightly modded Small K skin that I renamed to ISetsunaI, I need the [Supply] sound from Bismarck in a .wav format. I don't know how to save it though because when i try opening in a new tab and saving it as an .mp3 or a .wav, it would not work :(.

Here is the skin btw, I am going to change the combo burst, but I am mostly working on the things I am most likely going to look at instead of things I am disabling.

edit:

P.S. I am new to editing and don't know any of the rules, so ill just throw out the obvious info that I am doing slight changes to Small K's skin and adding Kantai pictures to it :)

The sound files in that wiki are in Vorbis format in .ogg container

Change the file extension of the files to .wav, and the game should read them even though it is an invalid extention for Vorbis.

Hmm i don't understand, i changed the Bismark supply sound to sectionpass.wav in the skin's folder but the sound doesn't match up. I deleted the old .wav and .mp3 files

You can use .ogg-files in skins. Don't worry about that. I myself use a Shimakaze damaged clip as combobreak.

I understand that ,except mines won't work. I dropped it in the skin as a .wav file (even though it's an ogg like you guys said) and deleted the old sounds. This is what I got

Note: Some of the reused stuff are just place holders, I am trying to modify everything from Small K's skin. The only thing I really want to keep is the skip and the beats/sliders themselves. I don't know whose permission I got to ask though :(.

Edit: Yeah this is my first skin too, I did not read any tutorials tehe.

Your sectionpass file is named "sectionpass.wav.ogg"
Rename it to either "sectionpass.wav" or "sectionpass.ogg"
You might have to enable seeing file extension in explorer settings in your PC (IIRC, you have to disable an option for hiding file extensions for known file types)
