Currently the highest user rating section consists of only newly ranked maps of which a single vote of 10/10 can skyrocket the user rating
This is really innaccurate

I suggest we make it so that a certain total amount of votes must be achieved before it could be put onto the list or something

Kinda off/topic
Why not only allow BN to vote?
To prevent 1-trolls and 10-spams
There are around 100+ BN IIRC
Perhaps all staff, just so the rating would be more fair

but there's thousands of players, I always liked rating maps anyways
public rating seems better
although I disagree, something should change to make the ratings more accurate

Maybe add a minimum number of rates a map needs to be highest rated?
