Hello i need help i can't login from osu.ppy.sh but i can login from new.ppy.sh please help me!

Well... I think this sounds obvious but... Are you typing username and password correctly? I don't think that what you are saying is even possible... But I don't know.. Wait for someone more. If anyone knows the issue, just contact accounts@ppy.sh and explain them this..

Maybe someone did try to login on your account or something... Try to wait some time.

Also, can you login on osu! client or not?

Then I don't actually know... If you still can't login on the web in some time, I recommend you to send a mail to accounts@ppy.sh from the mail you have linked to your osu! account.

Anyways, let's wait for someone more to reply here, maybe someone knows something about this.

Cool, you just had to wait. If you got that message of "You have tried to Log In too many times". Maybe someone is trying to access your account... Take care of that.
