To be blunt, your map needs a ton of work. First of all, the timing. I only did a quick run through, but it sounds like it'll be around 160.51 bpm and an offset of 6460. It is definitely not 600 and setting it to so will just give you a headache when you try to map the song.

Once you fix the timing everything else should be easier.
