I'm confused. How do I enter in a break time? I click on the insert break time button and nothing happens.

You have to insert it between two spaced out notes.

So first.. make a gap in the song -

O===O -------------- O O O O
　　　　　　　　　　　|
move here then insert break time.

Moved to beatmap help.
