If You run on Windows 8.1 and You want to change mouse sensitivity ("Raw Input" off) 1x to something random Osu! automatically Enables "Raw Input". Fix it plz!. Its annoying!!

It's not a bug and it's not broken so this isn't a fix
and I doubt they're going to change this behavior
