Hello, I've noticed some of invisible editing of posts on the forums and other moderator actions that leave no traces. It makes one easily doubt what one sees written by others, if it can be easily modified by those with the powers without leaving traces (the whole osu! forums/userpages).

I'm requesting for a guideline/rule/system that would require any moderative actions to be transparent and leave traces - you know what action was taken, by whom and for what reasons.

*Deleting posts
-post place remains, notice of deletion, a reason, by whom the action was taken

*Editing posts
-notice of editing, reason, clearly show what was edited by the moderator and who the moderator was

*Mutes/silences/bans

-reason, by whom it was placed

*Deleting messages in client chat
-sender still visible, reason of deletion, who deleted it

That's all what comes to mind. Please post any ideas or comments you have #:

This would greatly increase user trust in moderation and greatly cut the feelings of being wronged by the ones who are struck with an invisible hand of administration.
