So after a discussion about Romanization of Cyrillic, I decided to make a tool which would transcript languages which we use on osu!. Firstly it was just a simple replacing characters, but that didn't work really well, so I remade it to file-based version, that was also not good so I rather changed it back and combined it. Original code for Russian language was designed by TicClick, I just fixed few bugs, added Ukrainian support and custom languages support.
