Increasing Streaming Speed (Help)

Yes I know there are a thousand of these posts out there but I can't find any that help my playstyle.

I've been playing osu! for about 2 years now and I only started to really get into it once i hit rank 20k-ish (3 or so months ago.) Now my problem is, I can't speed up my streaming. I've been getting the accuracy and stable rate part down, it feels smooth and all, I just can't seem to stream any faster than 180 bpm. I've used several stream speed programs and tested out that without warm up, I get 170 bpm, and after playing for over 30-45 minutes my average speed is 180-185.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any tips that aren't "play more you'll get better over time," because I haven't. I'm asking for outside-the-game exercises. Maybe some weights or something along those lines. If anyone can help me with this, using my requirements it'll be amazing. Thanks in advance <3.

All I did was play faster maps.

I give you a pass on played for two years though it wasn't much.

One time when I was rank 18k or so in january I had tried to play maffalda but the streams were too slow for me - my max speed at the time was 180. Then I decided to relax my hands to stream slower and I failed; I had gone faster. The next day Tillerino reccomended I fc rog unlimitation. Using my new technique I spent two hours trying to pass to map until I did. A week later I got x600 then spent a few more hours trying to fc - my first 200pp play in January.

From then on I unlocked the ability to practice 220 bpm streams.

In march I had been practicing tensing my arm for a while but struggled with 240 bpm. One morning I awoke and passed mad machine. HOLY SHIT I can burst 270? Riince had given me delrio that sameday, and I spent 1-2 hours everyday trying to bea my combo on delrio and everything will freeze, and pass image material. I did all of these things after 7 days of constant practice.

About three weeks ago I stopped feeling the arm tensing for 240 bpm and also failed my x900 on everything will freeze. This comes after anout two weeks of stamina training which involved playing these same maps for hours IN ADDITION to singletapping asgard, cocaine, tylenol, reiwai terrorism, scarlet rose, worldwide choppers, etc.

TL;DR play more fast maps mate come on speed isn't hard it's just physical training.

Play more. You will get better over time, Not over night.

EDIT: Stronger fingers =/= faster fingers
Dont try anything outside of osu for osu.

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/247170 + Auto Aim, a few times a day all the way through. In 1 month you will be able to do wonders.

EDIT:To be fair my best run was a 71% 22Miss 1K combo C. But given the fact that I have been only playing again since June 4th I think that it worked really well. I did a 250Miss 55% on the 4th of June, gaining speed is hard man ;_;.

Play maps with high bpm and lots of streams. Using double time on maps like https://osu.ppy.sh/b/184689 or https://osu.ppy.sh/b/124321 is a great way to improve speed. Focus on getting every note in the streams before you focus on accuracy. Also you may want to use no fail. If you want to find more maps like those, type in ar=8 in map selection and sort by bpm and find maps that have many streams.
Also no mod maps such as https://osu.ppy.sh/b/116128 or https://osu.ppy.sh/b/111680 are good for practicing stream speed.

mash faster.

Pls do not pointlessly spam 270bpm maps. Song select type "bpm=200" play maps that have mostly singles. Once you learn that then play maps that have some streams. Build your map pool along the way. Eventually you can stream 200bmp without any bad mashing habbits and have a collection of new maps you can beat. It can take weeks or months. Good luck.
