I see that you're new to making beatmaps. *shakes hands* I'm your friend. :D Let us create beatmaps for the enjoyment of all.

I'm no mod, but I've checked in your beatmap. BPM should be 133.75 and offset should be 700 in my opinion. Try it with that setting and recalc/resnap (and adjust if there are any beats way off).

Also, may I suggest you visit this tutorial? It has great information about creating beatmaps, and to be honest I learned from that. It's a good way to start off. ;)
