Please Clarify the Rules of Multiple Accounts

I am rather confused with multiple account rules on osu! . I have a several question to ask .

1. Does login my osu! id in different device/pc than my usual one consider as multiple account ?

2. Does playing an friends osu! id consider as multiple account ?

3. How osu! staff detect a user with multiple account ? Is it with ip address / mac
address / similiar play patern or else ?

I hope anyone can answer my question just for additional information for me and anyone else .

do YOU have more than one account. if YOU only have one account. then there aren't any issues. log in where ever you want.
as for that 3rd point, that's something that can't be disclosed. as long as you stay on your own account, don't worry about anything.
