Why not use a single followpoint.png? I don't think followpoint-0.png up to followpoint-7.png will give any diffrences to the gameplay or the skin itself imo,
As the Skinning said something like this,
Unless it's sliderb.png then I guess it's fine to have sliderb0.png up to sliderb9.png for animation purpose, furthermore the size of the .osz will slightly smaller if you use a single followpoint.png
