Disadvantage is that the number is no longer functioning properly. It is overlapped from 9 and sees it no longer beautiful. Seeing such as Beatmap Agressor Bunx - Tornado (Insane) 
For Circle with Dot there is not the problem.

Click animations you can not turn it off by skin.ini unfortunately. Other post has been already written. Unfortunately, no other way.
Cut off the number from hitcircles.
Make a new sprite without the number "hitcircle.png".
Make a new sprite without the number "hitcircle.png".
