How big is the file out of interest? :) I think it takes up to 80mb, and you definitely don't want to go higher than that.

You may export as an osz file form the osu! editor, which is also accepted by the uploader:

File > Package for Distribution

There's a tempo change, so it's tough to get it exact. Before the tempo change, I think the BPM is about 133.40 and the offset at 16,850. Use that as a start. =o
