00:14:669 (6) - longer slider please , it doesn't follow the flow

00:16:604 - 70 % volume
00:16:508 - 5 % volume
Do the same thing for : 00:16:991 - and 00:16:991 - and for all 1/4 transitions

From : 00:36:733 - to 00:39:830 - , thats overmapping , I don't see the point to put streams on such a calm part

00:44:475 (1,2,3) - more in right please , I have tendancy to touch the extremity screen and its uncomfortable

From 00:47:572 - to 00:49:120 - I feel the rythm is weird , would be better if you follow the voice no ?

00:52:798 (4) - what about 2 sliders with 1/4 transitions instead of this reverse slider

01:02:282 (4,5) - closer to 3 please , the movement isn't right with such high distance

01:14:669 (4,5) - same thing here , you used mirror no ? (too lazy to verify hue)

The volume on kiai and the end haven't enough differences , what about 85 % for kiai and 50 % for end ?

What about increasing the AR and OD to 6, in order to have a gradual difference between all the difficulties?

Gameplay
00:22:024 (2) - Make this slider less-slanted, it is pretty easy to miss the middle fruit of (2). I would say moving the reversed part of (2) to x:416 will do.
00:25:895 (3,4,5,6,7) - Basically this is fine, but it may seem too complicated to the beginners, since it involves a different timeline snap. I suggest removing (4) and (6) so it will look simpler and soft for the beginners, doing so can be less complex here. It is optional to change or not.
00:33:056 (5,6) - Maybe the gap between the notes can be smaller, probably move (6) 1 grid closer would be better.
00:37:314 (3,4) - This is pretty strange because the movement is a bit different and unexpected. I suggest Ctrl+G'ing (4) so the movement won't be too strange here.
00:38:282 (1) - The spinner here should provide more recovery time, however lowering it to have 2 white tick timeline wouldn't be good. Therefore I suggest having such timeline:
00:49:120 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Optional case. I think this is really out of Cup already, because this is so repeated with circles and it could be counted as a stream in my opinion. It still gives the same rhythm if you keep only (1,3) for every combo.
00:52:217 (1,1) - Not suggested to cut the spinners into two, and 00:53:766 (1) needs to provide recovery time as well. In this case I would say merging this two spinners into one and end the spinner at 00:54:540 will do.
01:13:895 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Better not mapping this part with all 1/2 streams, it is still rhythmical if you change to map every 1 white tick here and add a circle at 01:16:991

Hitsounding
I find soft-hitfinish and soft-hitfinish2 spammy and too loud in the difficulty. It is better to lower the usage of them and maybe you can lower the volume of these splashy sounds as well.

Length
Try to end the song at around 1:41 for consistency with all the other difficulties.

Gameplay

00:01:121 (1,2,3) - What about moving (2) closer to (1) instead, so that the dash at (2,3) is much easier to land, and it is also much reasonable to have dash at (2,3) but not from (1) to (3).
00:02:669 (1,2,3) - ^, You may do the same like the above for a consistent pattern.
00:07:314 (1,2,3,4) - Seem quite spammy with dash in my opinion. Better lower the distance of (1,2) and (3,4) since the sound at (2) and (4) are not that loud to have dash.
00:11:959 (1,2,3,4) - Lower the distances between them, it gives confusion to players that 'oh do I need to dash?'
00:13:120 (4,1) - At this part players may find it difficult because they tend to move right after catching (4), thus they may get a wrong time and miss (1). Either shortening the distance between them, or just change the pattern here to make it easier (highly suggested).
00:30:927 (2,3,1) - Distances between them are quite big and it is easy to miss head of (3) while dashing at (2,3) ; or just miss the head of (1) because of the big jump at (3,1). Therefore I suggest lowering down the distances between them.
00:38:282 (1,2,3,4) - Really easy to miss because players often dash without a perfect timing, and therefore they may miss the tail of (1,2,3,4) while dashing. It is much better to lower the distances between them and also make (1,2,3,4) less-slanted. I suggest making it like *this, in that way the jumps between (1,2,3,4) are much softer.
01:10:024 (5,1) - This jump is too much in my opinion, it is still able to have a dash with a smaller distance, say moving (1) to x:120 works.

General Comments
This difficulty is basically fine but sometimes I find myself keep dashing in order to get a SS, probably because the distances between each notes are quite large and they mostly require players to dash in order to FC the map. In that way I suggest lowering all the distances and only add dashes when the notes need to be emphasized.
Minor issue: At 00:26:282 - 00:27:443 I saw quite a lot of different snaps between the difficulties, it is highly recommended to use the same snap for every difficulty, just for an example: Every note will end at a blue tick at that part instead of 1/6 etc.

Difficulty

Lower the CS to 3.5 instead, CS 4 seems too high for a Platter.

Gameplay
00:01:121 (1,2,3,4,1) - Personally find the distances between the notes are quite large, and it is also FC'able without dashing. Therefore it is better for you to shorten the distances (recommended), or if you really want to add dash, maybe at (2,3) and (4,1), so you can move (2) to x:192 or somewhere, and (4) in an opposite way.
00:05:766 (2,3,4) - The distances here is a bit small, what about moving 00:06:540 (4,5) together to x:480?
00:08:862 (1,2,3) - Awkward to see a hyperdash going at (2,3) because there are no hyperdashes in 00:07:314 (1,2,3) which is the previous part. For consistency it is better for you to remove the hyperdash; and for the patterning, it is also not suitable to have hyperdash here since (3) is not really a strong beat that a hyperdash deserved to emphasize it.
00:26:282 (2,3) - Quite easy to miss the content of (3) if the player overshot. It is better to change it like *this so players can catch the slider easily.
00:29:766 (5) - Why not end the note at 00:29:959 - ?
00:32:669 (7) - This plays strange because it missed the rhythm at 00:32:862 so it is recommended to change it to 1/2 sliders or patterns.
00:35:572 (5,6) - This part sounds weird in my opinion because it doesn't match the audio nor the vocal. I would say moving (6) to 00:35:766 and add a circle at 00:36:733 would be better.
00:38:282 (4,1) - The distance here is too large but it doesn't cover with a hyperdash, which the players may easily miss (1) after catching (4) because they didn't see that coming. If you want to add a hyperdash, move (4) to x:80 and (1) to x:16. If you want to keep it simple, shorten the distance of (4,1) by moving (1) closer or turn the tail of (4) closer.
00:41:185 (4,5) - What about having a dash here since (5) is a little bit strong in beat. Maybe you want to move 00:40:604 (3,4) together to x:112 and 00:41:379 (5,1,2) together to x:384 so there is a small dash.
00:45:056 (7) - You missed the beat at white tick as well so it is wiser to change this into 1/2 slider or pattern.
00:47:572 (5,6) - Quite easy to miss the head of (6) because the last part of (5) is too straight in the path, so players may not be able to time well and miss (6). Therefore I suggest curving (5) more like a C shape, and also move (6) a bit more closer.
00:48:346 (6,1) - Add a hyperdash? Since you add hyperdash at 00:45:637 (8,1) so it is reasonable to have it here.
00:54:830 (3) - You also missed a small sound at 00:55:217 so it seems great with a stream here?
01:01:508 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - I find this part too difficult because the jumps between the notes are high and the sliders are way too straight horizontally. What about making the slider a bit slanted and also minimize the jump distances? Moreover, for 01:03:830 (9,10,1) the jump is way too high, I think moving (10) closer to (9) and try to add a hyperdash at (10,1) will do.
01:06:153 (6,7) - Easy to overshoot here since the hyperdash forces players to move right after dashing. Better curve (7) so it is easier to catch.
01:20:088 - What about mapping a circle here to complete the stream, so the splashy hitsound can include in this note? In this way you may also have to delay the spinner by 1/4 (suggested) or 1/2 so the spinner can start at 01:20:282
01:33:592 (4,5,6) - This part is strange to be played because of a sudden slider. I suggest changing this part to a 4-circle stream like *this where the new (6) is at 01:33:782

Maybe increase the HP a little bit, for example 6.5? Otherwise the HP is same as the Platter which is not so suitable in my opinion.

00:13:508 - Awkward when there are no notes here. Just optional, maybe add a circle here with hyperdash between the previous note and this?
00:14:282 - It is also strange because the stream doesn't start here but 00:14:475 and it doesn't suit the audio well.
00:18:540 (3,4) - This distance needs to be shortened because it is really big and easy to miss (4) and the rest.
00:23:379 (4,5) - Too easy to catch players off guard since (4,5) doesn't cover with hyperdash while 00:23:185 (3,4) has a hyperdash. The hyperdash may force players to move left after dashing and get the wrong timing to catch (5).
00:25:895 (1,2) - Same as above-mentioned, lower the distance.
01:17:766 (5,6,7,8,9) - This pattern plays strangely in my opinion. What about just making it simple by having a 5-circle curved stream? In addition 01:18:346 (10,1) should be covered with hyperdash. Therefore, I suggest having something like *this.

00:14:282 - It is also strange because the stream doesn't start here but 00:14:475 and it doesn't suit the audio well. yep, so that's why i start map in 00:14:475 - as strong drums start
00:18:540 (3,4) - This distance needs to be shortened because it is really big and easy to miss (4) and the rest.
00:23:379 (4,5) - Too easy to catch players off guard since (4,5) doesn't cover with hyperdash while 00:23:185 (3,4) has a hyperdash. The hyperdash may force players to move left after dashing and get the wrong timing to catch (5).

01:17:766 (5,6,7,8,9) - This pattern plays strangely in my opinion. What about just making it simple by having a 5-circle curved stream? In addition 01:18:346 (10,1) should be covered with hyperdash. Therefore, I suggest having something like *this.

Either shortening the distance between them, or just change the pattern here to make it easier (highly suggested). - Shortened distance, since I don't see much of a reason to change the pattern with a lower distance and the fact I don't know what to change it to.
00:30:927 (2,3,1) - Distances between them are quite big and it is easy to miss head of (3) while dashing at (2,3) ; or just miss the head of (1) because of the big jump at (3,1). Therefore I suggest lowering down the distances between them. - Moved (3) closer to (2)
00:38:282 (1,2,3,4) - Really easy to miss because players often dash without a perfect timing, and therefore they may miss the tail of (1,2,3,4) while dashing. It is much better to lower the distances between them and also make (1,2,3,4) less-slanted. I suggest making it like *this, in that way the jumps between (1,2,3,4) are much softer. - Fixed
01:10:024 (5,1) - This jump is too much in my opinion, it is still able to have a dash with a smaller distance, say moving (1) to x:120 works. - Moved to x:96 instead.

General Comments
This difficulty is basically fine but sometimes I find myself keep dashing in order to get a SS, probably because the distances between each notes are quite large and they mostly require players to dash in order to FC the map. In that way I suggest lowering all the distances and only add dashes when the notes need to be emphasized.
Minor issue: At 00:26:282 - 00:27:443 I saw quite a lot of different snaps between the difficulties, it is highly recommended to use the same snap for every difficulty, just for an example: Every note will end at a blue tick at that part instead of 1/6 etc.

00:52:217 (1,1) - Not suggested to cut the spinners into two, and 00:53:766 (1) needs to provide recovery time as well. In this case I would say merging this two spinners into one and end the spinner at 00:54:540 will do. Fixed!
01:13:895 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Better not mapping this part with all 1/2 streams, it is still rhythmical if you change to map every 1 white tick here and add a circle at 01:16:991 Fixed!

Hitsounding
I find soft-hitfinish and soft-hitfinish2 spammy and too loud in the difficulty. It is better to lower the usage of them and maybe you can lower the volume of these splashy sounds as well. Fixed hitsound of soft-hitfinish2, changed it from 70% to 40% and i think you meant soft-hitclap2 for the other one, removed a lot to prevent spam and changed it from 70% to 60%

Length
Try to end the song at around 1:41 for consistency with all the other difficulties. Fixed!

Try adding an inherited section at 00:36:733 and start with volume 35%; then at 00:37:508 you may add it with 45%; at 00:38:282 it can be with 55%; and at 00:39:056 with 65%. Such volume effect can help the build-up here.

Pretty much seems like an unnecessary timeline. Better fix, but this case where red and green both exist is in the acceptable range as I know.
5% volume is normally inacceptable for clickable obejcts because it is nearly inaudible, but not sure how it works to ctb.
