Mentioned this on irc a few times, dating back to my Katamari skin.
Pretty simple, just allow an image to be displayed when a player fails a song. That's all there is to it.
If LH would like to have the fail image drop in from the top instead of simply fading in ("Sorry, We're CLOSED") that's just a tweak to the skin.ini file and a quick few lines of code, right? But I'm content with just having the image fade in <3
