You requested a mod, and since I have priority for 5K, I'll be the one modding it:

[General]
First of all, you don't need to add your name to the diff, since you are the creator, you can simply leave it as "5K MX", but since it's a marathon map, why don't you change diff names to a more appealing name? You will notice that most marathons have some appealing name, for example
TOKIO FUNKA or
World's End, Girl's Rondo. So even if you are bad at names, you should try to find a good name for the diff. A suggestion would be
"Maniatic Controller" (forgot to say that you don't need to add the number of keys the diff is, if it's only one keymode on the beatmap), but I'm not that good with names, so you are free to decide on one.
Change OD and HP to 8
You need to add the name of the user who did a guest diff on your beatmap to the tags, according to the ranking criteria. So you need to add "Runa" to the tags.
Disable the "Letterbox during breaks" option, the "Enable Countdown" option and Enable the "Widescreen Support" option (

THIS[Nyong's 5K MX]
00:03:582 (3582|3,3582|2) - Why is this a double, when it's the same sound as the ones before it? Delete one note.

00:09:582 (9582|2) - Why is this only one note, while it has the same intensity as the others before it? Make it a double.
00:15:400 (15400|2) - ^^^
00:15:946 (15946|4,15946|2,15946|0) - Why chords in here, when intensity of the vocals doesn't increase? Make them doubles

From 00:27:218 - onwards, the music intensifies, making chords.......you can say, "valid" (also, you completely mapped with chords after that point). So why is 00:30:491 (30491|1,30491|4) - a double? You are mapping the exact same vocal strength, so make this a chord too
00:31:218 (31218|0,31218|3) - ^^^
00:31:582 (31582|4,31582|2,31582|1,31582|0,31946|2,31946|3,31946|0,31946|4,32309|1,32309|2,32309|3,32309|0,32673|0,32673|3,32673|1,32673|4) - Why are these notes 4-note chords, if intensity doesn't increases at that point. Make them into 3-notes chords
00:32:855 (32855|3,32855|1) - Why is this a double, when vocal strength is same as the chords? Make it into a chord
00:39:582 (39582|0,39582|2,39582|3) - Make this into a double, has the same strength as the ones before it
00:40:309 (40309|1,40309|2,40309|4) - ^^^

In here 00:47:582 -, make something like
THISFrom 01:02:127 - to 01:13:400 -, I seriously don't understand what you are mapping, because when I relate the notes to the vocals or the background music, none of them fits. Overall, that section feels like it was made randomly. Please consider re-mapping that section.
In here 01:22:491 -, make it like
THISIn here 01:24:127 -, make it like
THIS01:26:491 (86491|1,86491|2,86491|3) - Make it into a double

I'll be blunt, I don't really get your mapping style. I see lots of ghost notes, some chords are simply there for the sake of increasing note density, etc. I want you to check my mod (I only modded up until 2:30), and do a check to your map, mainly considering if the pattern fit the song, and to look out for ghost notes and/or overchorded section (I found lots of them, but I went with it). After you check my mod, and do a personal check to the map, PM me, and I'll even re-mod it if you'll like. Be wary that I'm not saying map is shit, just that it needs some refining work to make it good.
