I use a variety of stuff. :p
These are the main 3 that I use:
1. Skullcandy Crusher (for my phone), Sony MDR-XB30EX (also for my phone), Sony MDR-XB400 (For my laptop)
2.3. Skullcandy Crusher: If you're a die-hard audiophile, I'd avoid these. It's not very great in terms of sound quality. If you know your way around an equalizer, then it might be worth a shot then. It's 'subwoofer' is great for DnB songs or similar genres that involves beats with thumping bass.
Imo, any Sony phones with their walkman player and 'Clear Bass' function complements these pair of cans well as the Clear Bass function adds more emphasis on the subwoofer to give it more power Great for head massages xD.
It's pretty big though. It's big enough to look like a carrier flight deck crew's headset.
Sony MDR-XB30EX: It's a good sounding pair of earbuds. It adds more power to the low end, but not enough to overwhelm the rest of the frequency range. Warm sounding.
Sony MDR-XB400: Like the one above. It's the only one that doesn't sound terrible when I use it for my laptop. xD

3. Since build-in android music software is shit, i am using old good PowerAMP which gives me ability to sort music via folders. No more playlists, no more problem with "where is my song". Battery in phone is good (considering it's like... 5 years old phone or even more).
Unfortunely need to use this. Normaly i use Nokia Lumia with W8M OS and it doesn't provide anything good as PowerAMP. Too addicted to folder sorting + ability to thread directory as a playlist.

Speaker sound quality is top notch for a gaming headset, microphone is okay and clear.
Also supports Dolby Digital Surround sound but it's not worth it unless you are ready to tune your sound levels right.
Are very comfortable on the head and suits for travel/mobile use as well.
Nothing from other gaming brands can quite compare.

Honestly the best-sounding $20 earbuds I've ever used. Hell, I'm using them more often than my $160 Sennheisers because I like them so much.
I used to use the Logitech g930, but then they broke, twice. I bought these and I don't regret it. They're cheaper than the g930s but have way better mic and sound quality. Supposedly the g930's mic could go higher, but it causes severe lag because wireless
I've been using Audio-Technica ATH-M30x's for over a year and I just got a HyperX Cloud headset today. If I'm out walking or something I'll use my Panasonic RPHJE120D.
The Audio Technia's were fine and the HyperX Cloud is pretty nice so far. The Parasonic's are good for $7.

i just plugged my sony genezi mhc-ex9 to my pc + a pair of philips shl 1700 for gaming at night
the sound system it self sounds amazing (i got it running with the subwoofer plugged in as well)
the headphones.... are not meant to be worn for an extended period of time.. (they're on ear..so my ears start to hurt after no more than an hour session.. the cups are super uncomfortable.. i'd be using my old genius hs-04a... but they died ;_;)
i'm going to upgrade my headphones for a pair of over-ear ones (maybe senheiser, or behringer)

So the headphones I most commonly use are Sony MDR-XB500, which have great bass, but not the best mids; nevertheless they are incredibly comfy and I got them for a very good price a couple years ago, and they've lasted me since.
My headset that I currently only use the mic for are the first Playstation wireless headset for PS3/PC. The sound quality wasn't very good so I just use my XB500 for audio.
My earbuds are the low end Monster iSport; do not recommend. They'll stay in your ear while you workout and all which was my original intention, but the cord is starting to rip, sound quality isn't anything special, and they aren't very comfortable (none of the three sizes fit my ears all that well.) Get the Bose workout one's instead if you want workout earbuds IMO, I would steel my brother's pair if I wasn't the one that gave them to him.

Very comfortable, but don't buy this piece of shit. When plugged in the first time the sound is way too high and you hear the mic through the headset. I had to browse a few forums and adjust sound settings for a good while before I got them to work properly. I also had to use a program to lower all sound by 30dB to not get my ears blown off.
