Allow sliders to be moved freely...
...even if its anchor points go outside the grid.
...so as long as its head stays within the grid.

Note that I said nothing about the tail of the slider. osu! currently restricts both the head and the tail. For example:

I put forth a request to widen the playfield by a couple grids on each side, but this too was denied.
