i think userpage is actually 620x200
but you need a forum title to get that little bit of extra height

my userpage banner is 620 and you can clearly see some extra white on the side.

Signature pic? I believe the maximum dimensions for signature is 700 x 190
If I recall correctly the forum doesn't accept images that are too long so you have to divide the image into two. (two 350 x 190)
