First of all, you're using the wrong BG. You could at least use the one that came from DDR Extreme 2 for the PS2 (don't use a small picture!). Also, this song is the full version of the one that was featured in DDR Extreme 2, so maybe put (Full Version) in the title? Finally, use an offset of 738 for both difficulties. Resnap all notes (this might be an issue where you used 1/6 on the beat snap divisor) then fix the other timing sections afterwards.

[Easy]
01:25:571 (4,5) - Well... assuming this is gonna be your easiest difficulty, can you make these into a slider instead? I don't think beginners will be able to hit these easily.
02:16:737 (1,2,3) - Make into a repeating slider instead? That, or don't stack (3) on (1).
02:18:071 (1,2,3) - Same as before

[Candy *_*]
00:05:404 (5) - Isn't this a bit too high?
00:33:404 (2) - Isn't this a bit too low?
00:45:237 (2) - Don't make the slider start and end stack on each other. It makes it confusing which way to follow the slider, and it doesn't help that you made this slider have 2x speed...
00:47:737 (4) - Fix the bottom of this slider. It's way too low.
01:19:904 (7) - Hold Shift while distance snapping to line this up better with (6)? (You may have to fix the next two notes after this slider.)
01:33:737 (4,5) - Lower both of these by one on the grid?
01:38:737 (2) - Same case as what I said on 00:45:237 (2)
01:57:737 (3) - Bottom of slider is a bit low... Fix this?

REALLY nice job on hitsounds :) I'd star this, but I refuse to until you at least add another difficulty (and I mod it, of course).

Oops... I forgot to mention: set a preview point (it must be the same for both difficulties). You do this by picking a part in the song then clicking on Timing (the very top one) > Set Current Position as Preview Point. For example, set one where the main chorus plays (00:46:071) or when it gets to where the song really starts getting interesting (02:32:737).

By the way, you didn't fix your timing sections after adjusting the offset. Finally... change the BG. It looks horribly stretched.

These are just suggestions. You don't have to change anything if you don't want to.

Easy:
Increase the slider tick rate to 2.
Add a finish hitsound to the spinner on 00:43:071.

Hard:
Increase slider tick rate to 2.

Hey :) I got your PM. I tried looking for a better DDR Candy background, but I didn't have any luck :( (Even zenius-i-vanisher.com didn't help since their background picture to this song is too small...) I don't know what else to say except maybe use a picture of Riyu Kosaka or just a picture with candy in it (one that isn't too colorful anyway).

I'm sorry that I couldn't find a better picture for you :?

Yay, much better background :) Kinda creepy in a way though :o Also, interesting storyboarding at the bottom of the screen starting at 01:17:738, but it doesn't fade in smoothly (and it disappears suddenly at 01:28:821). It also overlaps the letterboxing during the breaks.

00:55:071 (4,5) - Maybe make these into a slider instead? I'm not sure if beginners will be able to hit these.
01:02:404 (2,3,4,5,1) - Umm... Wouldn't it be better if:
  1. 01:02:404 (2) started at 01:02:737 instead
  2. You removed the note at 01:03:071 (3)
  3. You made the spinner at 01:04:071 start at 01:04:737 instead (make sure it still ends at 01:07:404 if you do move it)
  4. You added a note at 01:04:071 and 01:04:404

Overall:
Hitsounds aren't great. Normal whistles are too noisy. Try using claps to highlight the rythm of the music, and avoid using normal whistles.
You did a pretty good job on following vocals and instruments.

00:08:738 (1,2,3,4) - Move those two grids down (lvl 3). (you will need to re-space 00:11:404 (1) - )

-Change the black combocolor? Combocolors can be anything you want and following the color scheme of the background is sometimes a good idea, but if the approach circle cant be see in the background it's not a good idea =x
-The SB warning for the x0.5 timing should be more flashy. Try to make it a different color than purple, so that it stands out more.
-Watch out! You have some hitsound changes during the song (like 02:32:737 ) that land exaclty on the note. If the player hits these notes too early, the hitsound chenge wont happen. Move these 1/4 earlier or create a duplicate 1/4 earlier.

[Easy]

01:39:738 (1) - Stack properly under (9)'s end. I can't stack it exactly in the same spot. Its either 1/2 a grid too high or 1/2 a grid too low, the slider ends not exactly on the grid spots or something strange??

I wanted to name the difficulty something to show it was a guest difficulty but "Disambiguate's Normal" is a bit of a mouthful :) but it might need to be changed to that if it bothers lots of people...

I will take a look at the changes you recommend for my difficulty as well.

With 00:16:071 (5) and 00:21:404 (5) i can see why you suggested to move them but i think they fit ok where they are. I wanted to ease into the skipping beats as most of the song has skipping ;) old school DDR style skipping ;)

I made the changes to 00:22:071 (1) and 00:23:404 (2) like you suggested, thanks ;)

- I'm agree with farto that 0.5x speed for the SB warning is better, but I wonder if you really need it cause the 0.5 section comes after the break, even the song suggest there's a slow down for the pace so it's not hard to predict
- It's preferable that the Song and Map Meta data is the same for all diff (except for the diff name), therefore you should put Disambiguate on the other diff's tag too
- Disable countdown on all diff
- You shouldn't put an inherited timing section exactly on the note, because if a player hit the circle early it'll use the previous timing section's setup (e.g. the timing section in 00:22:071, miss hit this note will cause it to have a normal hitsound instead of soft). Refer to this post for more information

Hmm...considering the high bpm and and the beat placement in the time line, this more like a normal than easy

There's no need to rekiai so many times. Just keep it as one section for each chorus.
Turn off the letter boxing on breaks. It cuts off half of Kosaka's head. D:

[Easy plus]
00:25:571 (2,1) - The distance here is deceiving. Move the 2 slider lower so the distance is within the snap.
00:43:404 (1) - It sounds better if you end this at 00:44:571, though the spinner itself is kind of short for an easy.
00:59:738 (2,3,4) - Check your spacing here. Looks uneven.
I am not a fan of changing to .5 and 2x in Easy difficulties. It'll generally just leave the new players confused - especially when it goes back to normal speed.
02:31:404 (1) - It felt like you were going with the synth here, so it made more sense to start this on the red tick. If you do, however, I'd make it a slider that goes into where the 2 is currently so the rhythm change doesn't mess up the newer players too much.

[Dis-Normal]
00:32:071 (3,4,5,6,7) - Kind of pushing it for a normal difficulty to me.
The .5 section didn't fit at all to me here either. :/

[Hard]
01:26:404 (1,2,3) - Check your spacing here. Either keep it at the 1x spacing or the .5 spacing.

01:17:071 Make the 0.5x speed warning appear during the break, much earlier than this... some people can't read that fast...
also, i think simply having the word 'SLOW' would work too
