Add Unstable Rate to Replay File

Maybe duplicate, but it doesn't seem too much to do. Never understood why UR was not part of the replay - it's just another number along with accuracy, 300s, 100s, etc.

Although it's not just in the replay but when you actually play, one would assume it would show in the replay aswell.
