Ah, sadly any microsoft written driver does not include the (rather important, imo) Stereo Mix option. Worries over piracy? Bah, foolishness!
To overcome this, install the driver from your sound card's manufacturer's website. These drivers not only tend to support your card's features better, most of them will give you the Stereo Mix option.

Heh, my stupid sound card's default driver doesn't have Stereo Mix in the first place.....
I can only record sound with FRAPS.
