Problem Details:
I got 308pp
After I got S on a hard map
My pp decrease and my rank decreased too. My old rank was #1339 (in Vietnam ranking) And now I'm #1342 (in Vietnam ranking)
I thought PP can't decrease ?

Your rank decreased. Your pp didn't. Other people are doing better than you.

It is possible to loose pp under certain circumstances.
First: If a qualified map you've played has been unqualified, then all your pp u got from your score on that map will be removed. (This may only update after you play a ranked beatmap.)
The 2nd case is: Your combo can be greater, but your accuracy is worse (This depends heavily on the gamemode), then your score can be greater than your older top score. In this case, you will loose pp, cause accuracy is an important factor in the pp calculation and your score may be worth less pp, even though u have more score.

If none of this happend to you, then u can be certain that it's just like Peppy said, ur rank just decreased because other ppl improved faster than you.
