i have been thinking of getting a licence. but i never really need a car. the public transport here isn't that bad
Well, unless you're living in a city clogged from traffic, I do believe that personal transport has less downsides than public, but costs more - nothing important to 1st world people.
well, since i don't really earn that much money. i can't even think about trying to buy a car anyway :<
