You can get the hair, accessory and clothes by obtained from the unlocked achievement or Osu Store?I don't get it, explain?

sry for my bad english. I mean if character system exist you can get them by unlocked achievement or buy from Osu Store (same like cash shop from online games)F1r3tar wrote:
