You can't ask for mods and gds by making a new queue.
If you wants Gds and Mods, post at an open queue

Well, you could also try m4m .(mod 4 mod). Someone mods your map then you'll mod his map too.

For a normal mod, someone will open his queue. For example. "STATUS OPEN NM 3 slots" then you can post your map because you will get a free mod. :3

Also, for guest difficulty, you don't post in the modding queues. You have to look for other modding queues that have guest difficulty slots open, and you can request for it there.
Other than that, you can PM someone. 8-)
