[Editor] Keyboard shortcut for timeline zoom

Hi!

Looked in the keyboard shortcuts in the beatmapping FAQ and didn't find one for zooming in on the timeline. :<

I am proposing that, since the left and right arrows moves the timeline accordingly, up and down zooms in and out. ^^ It's easier to mod this way with only a keyboard on a laptop.

There are plus/minus buttons for mouse-only use.

Ahaha more of a conveniece thing since there was already keyboard shortcuts for various other functions. Thanks anyways~
