change audio/video codec

Note: This is not the same as this. That thread is for ffdshow only, but i want to change to whatever codec i like.
Reason: I have AC3Filter and the codec does a great job of equalizing, mixing, auto-gain etc. and want to change to that.

I readed it. I promise that i will not bumping like that anymore.
By the way, can anybody allow changing codec like i say before? I really want to change to the system codec.
