This map is coming along great, but a timing problem means that everything is out of beat. Change your timing to:
BPM: 127.00
Offset: 19220
Make sure "move already placed notes" is unchecked when you change, or all the beats will move around.
After that, set "beat snap divisor" in the top left to 1/4 and go to the Timing menu and choose "resnap all notes". Some notes will resnap wrong, such as the following in hard (there are more than I've listed)
00:20:75 (1,2,3,4)
00:41:54 (1,2,3,4,5,6)
00:50:51 (7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3)
so make sure you manually fix any that are wrong.
Keep the work up, I think this is well on its way to being ranked.
