I just have to say I abso-freakin-lutely love this map! It gets a star because its really awesome! *star*
Overall: You're lacking some skin elements. Add a hit50, hit100, hit100k, hit300, hit300g, hit300k.png. You don't have to make special ones, just take them from the template if you must. Also, maybe a custom hitcircle and hitcircleoverlay and appproachcircle, since you have custom numbers, which might look weird on other skins.

Rather avoidable SB ending failure...

So if the player doesn't hit the skip button, there's over a minute of nothingness at the end of the map. Don't use arbitrary large numbers in SB code, snap it to the time you want the map to end. The engine does a smart fade that ends when your last SB event ends, so if your black.png disappeared at 3:45 or whatever, your background wouldn't be seen popping back in
Not worth unranking over but if you want to fix up your code we could do a force-resubmit if only the osb file is altered
