What do you mean by filtering?
If you mean searching maps to play with specific keycount, you can use this site:
http://bloodcat.com/osu/?q=cs%3D18&m=b& ... s=date&o=0 change the value of after "cs=" to the keycount you want.
In-game, you can filter the song list by keycount by typing "keys=18"
