You can find AR 0 maps in old maps than new maps easily.
AR 0 maps are no burden on even if they are beginners, so everybody could enjoy them.
And some AR 0 maps are good to confirm or raise your spin power.

He does not mean to put EZ on the map that is mention above but put EZ on any map, eventhough it's not AR0, by putting EZ on insane diff for example give a feeling of playing AR0 and is harder than playing normally (it's offtopic I guess xD)
