Show Hit Circles above other skin elements

Change the z-axis to allow Approach Circles, Hit circles, numbers, and hit circle overlays to be shown over the score/combo/HP bar.

It was like this in Ouendan. We have such immense control over everything already when it comes to skins, but it never made sense to me why Hit Circles (the most important aspect of the game) would be covered up by anything other than hit score and cursor. As it stands, they are the lowest point on skins.

+1 Spinner art appears over top of circles which is insanely bothersome.

All maps aren't ranked.

Unfortunately that's also guideline/interpreted rule and the majority of mappers/modders don't care since they prefer to use the center of the circle as the limit rather than the edge. It also doesn't retroactively fix all the old maps which fail this, and it doesn't help new maps or custom skins or bad modding practices such as not testing the map with Hard Rock and Easy mods.

The fact is that this was deliberately changed from Ouendan for a reason that no longer exists.

Yes, because that's an option for players
they can disable it at any time, and they can also set the size of it.
Can you do that with HPBar w/o skinning? No
For things like that, it seems fine, but as you did in a mod, you pointed it out as well, wanting me (well, Kin actually) to fix it. It's rankable, but it looks bad, were your words.

I don't disagree, I just do't see the need inthis, because it'll be modded in maps (which get ranked)

The slider is off the screen. Apparently that's rankable.

Hit objects being covered by HP bar isn't unrankable, fyi. Although the maps look cleaner if they aren't. Also it's not like 1 pixel out of screen is going to kill us (it kills me tho).

As for the feature request, yes please.
