00:12:970 (5) - move the timing section here back 1/4 note so that if the player clicks early the soft hitsound will still be heard on the beginning.
00:49:260 (1) - Same problem here. It'll be better to make a new timing section 1/4 earlier with soft hitsounds than to move the kiai one back 1/4. I also noticed this timing section is 10ms ahead of the timing. make it 49,260 instead of 49,270.
00:57:002 (1) - Change the offset of this timing section from 57,012 to 57,002.

01:05:228 (1) - Same thing here. Subtract 10 from the current offset.
01:10:067 (1) - Respace this.

It's an easy. Good job.

I'm just going to tell you to move timing sections back 1/4 if they start ON a note and change the hitsounds in any way. This applies to all diffs.

For some reason.. the hitsounds sounded really... "sharp" to me.. too loud maybe?

@_@ why'd you pick such an oddly paced vocal song! D:! I had a hard time telling the timing... there were 1/3 and 1/4 notes @_@;

Armin's... volume is a bit better, but... the claps irk me... they don't fit well T_T

Well, it does seem weird that Armin's difficulty has Custom Sampleset 2 enabled and there are no hitsounds in the folder.

[General]
  1. You need an approachcircle in the folder too. Might want to add the default one.
  2. Don't you think you're using a bit too much Kiai? It would be better if you removed some. Personally, I only see 01:04:744 - 01:20:228 fit for Kiai.
[Timing]
  1. Use 1,357ms for the offset.
[Easy]

01:20:712 (1,2,3) - Flip this horizontally? So it's, you know, not exactly the same as the beginning. Doesn't matter that much anyway. =[

[Normal]

00:10:551 (5,6) - Not stacked correctly.
00:22:890 (1) - This spinner feels a bit short.

Overall, the map feels very cramped up. Lacks distinctive patterns and hitsounds... you should get more modding before ranking, or if you're more experienced now remap this with different slider velocities and Distance snap multiplier between difficulties. Seriously, how come [Normal] has a higher slider velocity than [Hard]? =[

Also, try to avoid using too many spinners and going out of rhythm. Some of the spinners felt unnecessary, but that might be just me...

I'm not complaining about Armin's difficulty. As usual, I love it.

By the way, don't rage at me for popping it. Remember that ranking is not everything in your osu! life, and quality comes before ranking.
So... that's what I have to say.

EDIT: Forgot, you could also make the hitsounds consistent between difficulties.

I must say some stuff looks much better. However, I still have some problems with the current difficulties. I will point them out all to be more clear.
I have colored my personal opinions differently.

[All Difficulties]
  1. Use the claps more... synced with the beat, perhaps? Every second white tick seems to be a good guideline.
  2. I really suggest you to use more Normal finishes. They can fit pretty well on spinners, as a general idea.
[Easy]
  1. Hm, you could try to make the sliders more symmetrical so the map looks better.
00:27:970 (2) - A slider tick in a strong beat (largest white tick) doesn't seem fitting most of the time.
00:43:453 (1) - Practically the same as above.
00:45:873 (1,1) - There's a pretty short time to recover after the spinner... you could increase it.
00:50:712 (2) - Maybe change it for something more fitting...?
01:03:293 (1) - A bit short for an Easy difficulty.
01:16:357 (1,1) - Short time to recover after the spinner...
01:20:712 (1,2,3) - Not flipping it vertically?

[Normal]

00:01:357 (1,2) - This doesn't follow the lyrics, while 00:03:292 (3,4,5) seem to follow them more. Change them.
00:17:203 (2) - This doesn't seem to follow the lyrics either.
00:20:227 (1) - Any reason for the new combo?
00:22:647 (1) - Not a good place to put a spinner... it fits but it doesn't play that well.
00:41:276 (4,5,6,7) - The rhythm seems to 'dissapear' around these parts; I wouldn't advise you to copy paste this from before.
00:45:390 (1,1) - Why not merge the two spinners?
00:59:663 (2) - Doesn't seem to fit that much. I'd advise you to extend it by 1/2.
01:01:598 (2) - Doesn't seem to fit either.
01:03:534 (5) - Having more than one repeat in a short slider is a bad (or not-good) mapping technique... it's best to stop using them from the start.
01:06:195 - A beat seems to be missing here.
01:08:131 - Same as above.
01:09:341 (2) - Doesn't fit either.
01:10:793 (1) - Same as the other spinner... I think it fits but doesn't play well. Generally, I wouldn't put spinners like that in a Normal.
01:17:567 (4) - You could split this into three beats.
01:19:019 (1) - Yeah. Another spinner.

[Hard]
  1. This map doesn't seem to go much to 1/4 divisor, thus the beatmap feels a bit dull. Why not try to follow something more than the rhythm?
  2. Also, assuming you use distance snap, why not try to increase the multiplier? Feels clustered in general.
00:01:357 (1 and so on) - Maybe try a more solid pattern? Here's an example: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18850 (decreased OD for all the sliders to be visible)
01:11:277 (1) - This spinner feels a bit forced in the difficulty.

I always encourage the use of patterns like http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/18851 ; that's essentially where the creativity in beatmapping comes in. Why not give it a try?
Oh, and also, another tip: generally, if you want your sliders to look prettier, use less waypoints (unless you're pro).

Also, I really (REALLY) recommend you do the change at 00:01:357 (1) in [Hard]. The actual placement doesn't matter, as long as they're only sliders with a repeat. I hope you get what you mean. It plays and looks really awkward right now.
