As I start to progress through 3-4 star maps, I was wondering if you guys know any maps preferably 3 star that can help me progress to harder maps.

Your best bet is downloading one of those beatmap packs and playing as many different songs you can at a level you can pass with reasonable accuracy. I usually have songs I really like and come back to, after playing a bunch of songs for practice sake, none in particular, just any song.
